The kitchen opens on Friday. Becky is offering a fine selection of predominantly traditional English food. The menu will change regularly.
The White Lion has re-opened with new managers. Ben and Becky took over on 30th September. Their first aim is to run a friendly, clean pub with excellent beer. Becky will be running the kitchen, and hopes to have it open by mid-October.
Ralph has moved on to a larger pub. Warren McCurdy takes over as manager.
Unfortunately Liz Polis, who has been cooking at the pub since September, has had to leave. For the moment the kitchen is closed.
The kitchen opens today! Food will be served 12–2pm and 5–9pm Tuesday–Friday, 12–9pm on Saturday and 12–3pm on Sunday.
